Why Are You Feeling Angry?
There are different reasons why your anger may be triggered:
Anger is a natural emotion that everyone experiences in their lives. It comes from the original primitive, emotional brain which is responsible for self-preservation. When anxiety levels rise, your primitive brain believes you are in crisis and steps in to help. One of the tools it uses is anger as a way to increase strength and propel you out of danger.
Your Environment / Circumstances
Anger may be brought on by feeling tired, stressed or irritated. You may also become angry when reacting to frustration, criticism or a threat, or when you feel jeopardised in some way.
When Your Needs are Not Met
You may feel irritated by other people’s beliefs, opinions and actions, and this can lead to frustration and Anger.
People like to feel accepted, and to be heard and listened to. They long for appreciation, affection and expressions of care and love. When your basic needs aren't being met (food, shelter, sex or sleep) or your emotional needs are ignored this can lead to Anger. This may be displayed as outward Anger or it may come in the form of repressed anger, where it is internalised.
There are usually numerous other emotions linked to Anger which can simmer away under the surface too.
You may have inherited emotions from your ancestors or family members. The genetic memory of family traumas from past generations, and negative energies from your ancestors' life experiences, their memories, beliefs and trapped emotions can become stuck in your body and energic field. If your relatives have a history of Anger, then it is significantly likely that you may have Anger issues too.
You may have the trapped emotion of Anger. Trapped emotions are often created during childhood, at a time in your life that you were unable to properly express a particular emotion, because it was too difficult to do so.
Young children often aren’t able to cope with situations very easily, and don't know how to process emotions effectively. Due to their age, they find it hard to make a well-balanced judgments and don't have the knowledge how to properly respond to the event. Perhaps experiencing and expressing an emotion would have caused them immense embarrassment, or the situation was considered so traumatic, that facing it and dealing with it would be too painful. Instead the emotion, such as Anger was unwillingly suppressed and then it became trapped in the mind, body or energy field.
How Can Anger Affect Your Health And Wellbeing?
All emotional energies have a vibration, however the rate of vibration of anger is low and may be different from the frequency of the body part around it. This conflicting frequency can distort the normal, healthy frequency of the tissues or energy field and can cause pain, malfunction, and eventual disease.
When anger is stored in a person, the body resonates with that frequency and vibration. If a situation arises that produces more anger, the old anger bursts forth, compounding the present anger and magnifies it until it turns into unexplainable rage. This anger can be taken out on yourself or your loved ones, or even innocent bystanders or other people you come across in your daily life!
Anger can lead to emotional upset and mental turmoil, and can exert a dramatic effect on how you think, the choices that you make, and how you react to every day challenges. It can cause symptoms such as uneasiness, emotional ups and downs, depression, and physical symptoms.
When you hold onto negative emotions, they can become toxic and this leads to discomfort, disease and a lower quality of life. Emotions can manifest and grow, and lead to more negative emotions.
Anger can affect your ability to communicate effectively, and make you more likely to say or do unreasonable or irrational things. This behaviour can leave others feeling threatened, resentful or angry themselves. Anger can also be internalised, because the person feels unable to express themselves fully.
The anger scale can range immensely. You may feel a bit irritable and short tempered; you may have an occasional more serious outburst; but in severe cases, anger can turn into physical violence and endanger those around you.
Unresolved anger can turn into rage, hostility and revenge and can cause you to act emotionally with self centered negative thought patterns. Suppressing Anger can also be detrimental to health and can lead to long term health issues and a person may become increasingly withdrawn.

Client X sought treatment because she was feeling incredibly angry, and it was completely dominating her life! She was aware that she was taking her anger out on her husband and children, but didn't know why it was happening, how to control her outbursts, or how to change her behaviour. She was suffering from low mood, and wanted to feel positive and happy, but instead she felt frustrated and stuck.
Following her consultation, we identified that she had felt hugely rejected by her family from a young age, although she couldn't determine why. She believed that her mum never approved of her, and favoured her siblings over her. This deep resentment and hurt had been simmering away since her childhood, and subsequently she now kept little contact with her family.
The treatment went to the original cause of the Anger and healed this. It cleared inherited ancestral issues, Anger and other trapped emotions connected to the issue from her mind, body and energy field, and also released limiting beliefs. It balanced out her physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. It reinforced positive neural pathways in the Subconscious mind, the computer software that can silently and unconsciously dictate a person's behaviour. It also replaced the negative energy with positive energy.
Straight after the 1st Treatment Client X commented that the anger had completely disappeared, and that she felt like a different person. She was surprised when her brother who she hadn't talked to in many months phoned her out the blue, and she noticed that she had more energy and a much more positive outlook on life. She felt more relaxed, her intuition had increased, and she had a more laid back attitude to life and wasn't bothered in the same way by things.
"I feel like a new person, like I've been re-born. All my family relationships are so much better and I feel so happy!"
After the 3rd Treatment, Client X informed me that she had completely rebuilt her relationship with her mum, and now they were chatting on the phone daily. She felt close to her whole family again and she didn't have the deep-seated guilt and pain any more.
She claimed that she feels so much happier overall, and her life is much more balanced too. She noted that her physical health and emotional wellbeing wellbeing had also dramatically improved.
