The Connection between Reality and Emotions
Its been proven by scientists and Nobel Prize winning quantum physicists that everything in the Universe is made out of energy. So although we believe our reality is made up of physical material things, what we perceive as our physical material world is actually not physical or material at all! Physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, and each one radiates its own unique energy signature. If you look at the composition of an atom under a microscope, you can see a small, invisible tornado-like vortex with a number of infinitely small energy vortices and these are what make up the structure of the atom.
At a subatomic level however atoms are actually 99.999999% empty space. As you focus in closer on the structure of the atom, there is nothing but a physical void. This shows that the atom in fact has no physical structure; it is made out of invisible energy rather than tangible matter. Therefore everything on this planet, including humans actually has no physical structure! We are beings of dynamic energy in constant vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature.
At our subatomic level, the vibrational frequency can change the manifestation of physical reality. When an atom changes its state, it absorbs or emits electromagnetic frequencies, which are responsible for changing its state. It is also true that we create our own reality based on our feelings, thoughts and emotions. They are incredibly powerful and impact the external world around us, and also influence how others close to us feel.
Emotions are the strong feeling that is derived from your circumstances, mood or relationship; they are ‘energy in motion’. Dr Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist showed the effect of thoughts and emotions on the molecular structure of water in an amazing study where the water crystals literally changed shape based on the thoughts and emotions being directed at it.
Read the article on my website here:
As humans are comprised of approximately 70% water, it highlights the profound effect our thoughts have on us, and therefore the dramatic and immediate effect it has on our health and wellbeing too.
Emotions are vital to humans. It’s through these that people experience and interpret the world around them, and in turn respond to their environment. Most the time emotions are felt then easily processed by the mind and body, and finally are released.
However, at times when life events are significantly traumatic, the emotions resulting from the pain or distress of the incident can be so intense that they don’t get processed completely. When this happens, some remnant of the negative emotional energy becomes trapped in the body. This can be in an organ or gland, elsewhere in the body or in the field of energy surrounding the body. For example, anger and guilt sit in the liver, rage in the gall bladder, and sadness or grief in the lungs. These emotions can distort the normal energy field of the body and can in turn distort the tissues of the body eventually leading to physical symptoms like pain or disease.
The reason the body isn’t able to process this emotion successfully can often be down to the age of the person at the time of the event or can be due to the severity of the event. Young children often aren’t able to cope with a situation, and can’t make a well-balanced judgment about it and how to properly respond to it. Perhaps allowing the emotion to be experienced and expressed would cause embarrassment, or make the painful situation even worse. Or perhaps the situation could be so traumatic, that facing it and dealing with it at the time would be too difficult, and the pain would be too immense.
When an emotion becomes trapped, it serves as a protection mechanism - a way to unconsciously hide from what happened because the pain, fear, embarrassment or shame is too much to bear. These protection mechanisms are necessary at the time. However, when the protection is no longer needed, the emotions remain trapped and the body and conscious mind don't even recognise that they are there.
All emotional energies have a vibration, however the rate of vibration of a trapped emotion is different from the frequency of the body part in which it is trapped. This conflicting frequency begins to distort the normal, healthy frequency of that body part. At some point in time, this distortion or imbalance of the tissues or energy field can cause pain, malfunction, and eventual disease. These unrecognised trapped emotions interfere with the healthy flow of life force energy in the body and can cause imbalances that prevent us from leading full lives. They can lead to emotional upset, mental turmoil, pain, and other symptoms that we classify as disease.
In addition, trapped emotions can exert a dramatic effect on how you think, the choices that you make, and how you react to every day challenges. They can block people from finding true love and happiness, and make them feel disconnected or lonely. They can cause symptoms such as uneasiness, emotional ups and downs, depression, and/or physical symptoms. Usually people have no idea that the cause of these symptoms is actually a trapped emotion!
Here’s an example of how a trapped emotion can affect you. Perhaps you know someone who gets incredibly angry at the smallest thing? The intensity of the anger is so great, that it is bewildering to the people witnessing the outburst. Even that person may have no idea what’s triggered their rage! This is happening because the trapped emotion of anger is already stored in the body, so when a situation arises that produces anger, their body is already resonating with that frequency and vibration, so the old anger bursts forth, compounding the present anger and magnifying it until it turns into unexplainable rage.
Over time, the effects on the body and mind can range from feeling unwell, to huge emotional outbursts, to unexplainable changes in behaviour, or an ill physical body that doesn’t seem to heal. Expressing yourself can become impossible and a sense of well-being or contentment becomes more and more illusive.
The good news is that trapped emotions can be released, allowing your body to balance itself and heal so that you can take your life back and enjoy better health.
Synergy Healing Treatment
During a treatment trapped emotions and located then quickly and easily released without needing to dig up your past or make you re-live traumatic events. Your body knows exactly how many trapped emotions it can release at a time and in what order it wants to release them. Processing the release occurs after the session when some residual energy may need a bit more time to work its way out of your system. Each person is different in their process, from how many emotions they can release in one session, to how they feel after the treatment, but all my clients notice a positive shift in their life!
